No Jack Plate? No Problem.

Motor Mount Bracket — mount your anchor between the outboard and transom.

No Jack Plate? No Problem.

Mount Between the Motor and Transom.

Curved, stepped, or angled transoms can rule out a direct anchor mount — and not every boat has a jack plate to bolt to. The Lewmar Motor Mount Bracket solves both problems by installing in the sandwich point between your outboard motor and the transom itself, giving the anchor a stable, purpose-built mounting surface without a single hole drilled into the hull.

Installation is port or starboard, DIY, and includes all fasteners. The E-coated aluminum finish is built for the same multi-season saltwater exposure as the rest of the Lewmar bracket lineup — no re-coating between seasons, just an annual hardware check at service time.

Stack with the Quick Release. Add Lewmar's Quick Release Mounting Bracket (sold separately, $79.95) to the Motor Mount bracket and slide the anchor off in seconds for trailering, storage, or a boat swap — no bolts, no tools beyond what's in the box.

Motor Mount Bracket — Common Questions

Choose the Motor Mount bracket when your transom is curved, stepped, or otherwise doesn't offer enough flat surface for a direct mount, and you don't already have a jack plate to bolt to. It installs in the sandwich point between the outboard motor and the transom, giving the anchor a flat, stable mounting surface regardless of transom shape.
